Delivery Policy

MisiCerdas is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no delivery address required.
1. How Access Is Delivered
Upon successful payment, access to your MisiCerdas subscription is activated as follows:
- Online payment (card / online banking): Access is activated automatically and immediately upon payment confirmation from our payment processor.
- Manual payment (bank transfer): Access is activated by our team within 1 business day of receiving your payment confirmation email. Please email your proof of payment to hello@misicerdas.my.
A subscription confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once access is active.
2. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical products. No delivery address, postage, or courier service is involved in any transaction with MisiCerdas.
3. Access Requirements
To use MisiCerdas, you need:
- A device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
- An internet connection
- Your registered parent account credentials
The service is optimised for both desktop and mobile browsers. No app download is required, though the site may be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on supported devices for offline-like access.
4. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via email where possible. In the event of extended downtime (more than 72 hours), please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable remedies.
