Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes how MisiCerdas handles subscription payments, the methods we accept, and how billing works.
1. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via Curlec, a licensed payment service provider in Malaysia. We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Online banking (FPX — supporting all major Malaysian banks)
- Direct debit (where available via Curlec)
We do not accept cash payments, cheques, or cryptocurrency.
3. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
- Your subscription will renew automatically on the same date each month or year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- A payment receipt will be emailed to your registered email address after each successful charge.
4. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and may retry the charge up to two (2) additional times over the following 7 days.
- If payment is not received after retries, your subscription may be suspended until payment is made.

5. Payment Security
We do not store any payment card information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Curlec, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Communication between your browser and the payment processor is protected by TLS encryption. For more details, see our Security Policy.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the new price takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing.
7. Taxes
Prices displayed on the Pricing page include any applicable Sales and Service Tax (SST) where required by Malaysian law.
8. Receipts & Invoices
A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email after each successful transaction. If you require a formal tax invoice, please contact us at hello@misicerdas.my.
